  5. Adoption of minutes:
    Motion: In the interest of time, I move that the reading of the minutes of the last annual meeting of the USLA be dispensed with and the same be approved and verified as if read.
  6. Confirmation of acts of Directors.
    Motion: I move that all official acts and resolutions of the directors and officers of the association enacted, made passed, done or taken since the last annual meeting of the association be and the same are hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
