What if I don't want to automatically renew?
You can log into your “My Account” area and de-select auto-renew. We would really appreciate it, however, if you would consider leaving your membership on auto-renew.  We are a volunteer organization and chasing renewals is time consuming and takes time away from more productive activities.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not available.
What if I don't won't to pay via credit card?
Please consider paying via credit card if at all possible. The USLA is a volunteer organization, and having to handle cheques or cash is very time consuming and takes away from time that could be spent on more productive work for the association. However, if paying by credit card is simply not possibly, you can pay via cheque at the general meeting, or via interac transfer to membership@usla.ca  Once we have received your payment, we will manually enroll you. You will be granted access to the members only content of the website within a week to 10 days of submitting your payment.
