Alliance Meeting

The Alliance will be hosting a morning meeting commencing at 9:00 AM on Saturday June 24 at the Lakefield Legion.
We have received confirmation from most cottager and road associations, and many of the other great organizations working around the Lake. The purpose of the meeting is to share information on activities being undertaken and discuss issues of common concern.
The Mayors will be in attendance and this will give us an opportunity to discuss with them their policies for short term rentals, in-water accommodations, proposed by-laws on secondary accommodations, current status of septic re-inspections, and the implementation of clean/drain/dry regulations. We will also have updates on the Lovesick Lake Trailer Park expansion, the Trent Aquatic Research Project, Starry Stonewort/Invasive Species updates, and other environmental and organizational initiatives being undertaken.
